A Barn Owl

Today I saw a barn owl in a tree at our house. Dad let me see it with his binoculars. It was soooooooooo neat. It had big beautiful eyes. It was one of the funnest things i've done in my life.

Amazing Priscilla Crotchete's Scarf

I am so excited!!! Priscilla has crotcheted her first scarf all by herself from beginning to end. The only thing I helped her with is to add a new skien of yarn when the first one ran out. This is a real HUGE accomplishment for her. We have been working on crotcheting for almost two years. It was a real challenge to both her visual and fine motor skills. I am really proud of her!

A few days ago I decided too make a scarf. I took a whole roll of string and started to crochet a row. When I decided how long I wanted it, I went back and started to go in twice. It took me three days too make it. Now I have a beautiful scarf. My Mom couldn't believe it.

Making Valentines Day Cards

Yesturday, me,Laura, Sierra, Larry and Tasha went to the Dollar Tree. I got a whole book of Valentines Day cards. I also got something for my Dad, Shane, Felecia and Aunt Sherry. I made them all Valentines Day cards. I used my whole book of cards all in one day. Sierra and I filled our Valintines Day cards together in their motor home. I had so much fun shopping and doing my valentines. Have a Happy Valentines Day.

My First Snowball Fight

Last Monday me, Sierra , Laura, Larry and Tasha had a snowball fight and party at my life skills class. I had a blast. First, we counted money,and had a snowcone made with real snow and soda. Then, the fun came. We all went outside. Our teacher had an ice chest all full of snow. We emptied the whole thing. I hit Joyce on the neck. That day was the very first day i've ever had a snowball fight. So it was great. Now I know that I like snowball fights. I had such a good time.

Fun Times in the Fall

Today I went to Auburn. Me, Sierra, Larry, Tasha and Laura made pizza. We talked about the zoo, counted money, and made cookies. I go every Monday unless it's a Holiday. We had fun!
Last week we went to a cabin at Donner Lake with the Gallagher's. We stayed three whole nights. We went to the park the last day. We also went and watched the Donner Party program. Me, Dad, Brother Andy, Eva and Grace went to the hardware store. Because it was Halloween, we saw a lot of people dressed up. All of us went window shopping in Truckee. I bought a key chain that said, "I[ heart] Love Jesus" on it. It is really cute. I hooked it onto my purse. I got to sleep on a top bunk bed for the first time in my life, for three nights. I had a blast!

Going to the Store

Today I went to Auburn. Me, my mom, Larry, Laura, and Tasha all went on the bus. When we got to the bus , we had to put money in a slot. I didn't wear a seat belt, because were I sat their wasn't a seat belt. We went to the grocery store and bought stuff for carrot salad. Then we went back. We made carrot salad. It was fun.

My 12th Birthday Party

This is my 12th b-day party. It was a Mother Goose party. We all dressed up as characters from Mother Goose rhymes. I was Little Bo Peep. My mom was Mother Goose, Felecia was The Cat that played the fiddle, Amber was Little Miss Muffet, Sister Joy was the Farmers wife. She ran after us in the game Three Blind Mice. She tried to get our tails. I had Eva, Grace, Alina, Edward, Brother Richard, Brother Ross , Sister Becky, Brett & Trisha, Brianna & Haden, Sister Joyce & Sierra, Christa, Kyle , Sister Autumn, James & Joy, Brother Andy, Brother John, Brother Matt, Evan, Chelsea, Connor and Uncle, plus my Aunt Sherry and Amber and my family. We played Three Blind Mice, duck duck goose, pinyata, and humpty dumpty. I got a painting set, a journal, a folder, a spanish c.d., a and a purse. And I got something else, I can't think of what it's called, but it's black and white, your supposed to color the white part. I also got a scrap book, money and candy. We had a scavenger hunt. IT WAS FUN!
